Well, needless to say. I'm really pissed that I lost absolutely NOTHING this week even though I stuck to it 100%. At least apparently the 2lbs were waterweight. Maybe I'm still holding on to some? Hopefully. Oh well...

I think I'm going to work out twice today. It's my day off and I don't really have anything else to do.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just keep going! Maybe weigh yourself tomorrow and see if it's different. I weighed myself twice already today, and there was a two pound difference. I took the lower weight to put on my weight chart.

Sometimes a big drop one week leads to a stall in the next. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Only one more week to go. Just make sure you stick to the plan and don't go too crazy with the "cheat" meal and you'll be fine.

Try to focus more on maintaining a healthy lifestyle instead of the weight part. The weight will flucuate and stall sometimes but it will come off, trust me. Just strive to eat healthy, exercise & get proper rest on a daily basis. You want your diet journey to be fun & desirable, not a chore and frustrating. Overall it seems like you're doing a great job. Be patient and stick with it. I think you're going to have great success. I wish you well.
