I am trying to lose my weight slowly so maybe the weight will stay off this time. I keep telling myself, it will be worth it in the end.
223.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1266 kcal Fat: 39.93g | Prot: 67.84g | Carb: 169.68g.   Breakfast: Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Lunch: Yam, Perdue Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, ShopRite Frozen Mixed Vegetables. Dinner: Zatarain's New Orleans Style Yellow Rice, Bush's Best Chick Peas (Garbanzos), Kraft American Cheese Slice, Flavorite Hamburger Bun, Kroger Smoked Pulled Pork. Snacks/Other: Brownies, Albertsons Peeled Mini Carrots. more...
