My new reward will be a new multi-effects pedal for my guitar, when i drop down to 215 lbs. I will set new rewards at the end of each goal. The next short goal after 215 lbs will be 205 lbs.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
