A little loss, yay! But I really want to get down below 160 again! Tonight's a tough one. My hubby's birthday today. We're going out. Don't know what we're gonna eat!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
