The last two weeks have been bad. I managed to lose 2 lbs (half my target), but I pulled that out over the last couple days by doubling up work outs. I got sick and couldn't sleep a couple nights which led to some binge eating and no work outs. GAAAA...
Trying to shake the "loser" feeling.
