Another successful week. Body is changing. BP down to 110/60. Dr is going to take me off BP medicine (atenelol), for a month. How bout that.
Had a victory splurge on that news and ate an omelette, with ham, cheese and mushrooms. Had been staying away from eggs for a while. But c'mon...
