I am very happy with myself :) After a two week span where I didn't do so well. With a few days of completely falling of the diet, I was able to reel myself back in and focus.

I've had some success losing weight in the last 6 months and it felt like I might have been settling for the progress I have made.

I need to keep reminding myself that the success to date is great, but I am a long way from my goal.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
