I am 10 pounds over my lightest and still over weight but not to worry I am sure it will all come off if I only start eating less and less. Portion control and journalizing.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
