Back in diet mode. Went over a little bit this week but after the initial water loss, I'm down 3 lbs for the last 4 wks. I'm ok with that.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
