I had no idea how little protein I eat in a day. I am going to try to balance it better tomorrow. Over all I had a good day. I played soccer with my 3rd graders; it actually got my heart rate up, plus it was fun :)
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's the ticket. It will help you lose weight and keep you from getting hungry. Try to get a good helping of protein foods at every meal. Also try to get your overall daily calorie intake above 1200 or your metabolism will slow down. If you need snack to get your calories up, try nuts - they full of antioxidants.
