Today.... I OVER DID IT. To say the least. I went shopping and to lunch with some friends then went home to a Birthday Party. Not that there is ever a good excuse but...
I still have not eaten hardly any protein. I really never realized how little brain food I eat. I have been trying to focus on just not over eating. Well... tomorrow is perfect, with no mistakes in it...yet I will just have to keep it that way :)

I wouldn't worry about overeating so much -just lay off the sweets - and pizza. It's just a bunch of empty calories that ruins your diet.
