Frustrating that I am up, but I didn't stick with it on the weekend. I need to eat more veggies - make firecracker salad, and greens. Also, roast beets, and buy nuts for snacks instead of Cheetos and the like.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
