Went to Dane's bday party. ate all veggies and a smokey. One small piece of cake in afternoon and another one in evening. Can't get rid of 1.5 pound I gained. No more cake for me until I have gotten down to 139. NONE!!
160.8 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
