Although I haven't been recording lately, I have started to eat more fruits & vegetables and be more conscious of what I've been eating. Also, I joined a crossfit gym that has been kicking my butt 3-5 times per week! Life is good:)
162.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
