Dropped a bit more after day two of the fast plus a 300 calorie workout. Might get another one by tomorrow morning and then another by the end of the day. That would put me back at my low.
247.1 lb Lost so far: 77.9 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
