Lost .7 overnight to hit 246.4. Will increase Friday workout intensity to the aerobic zone as it ikely will burn more calories, albeit a lower percentage of fat calories. Will stay in fat burning zone all other days.
243.7 lb Lost so far: 81.3 lb.    Still to go: 38.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
