I hate it when I do everything right, count the calories, don't cheat, and work out HARD, and the scale goes the wrong way. :( At this stage in the game, I shouldn't fret over it too much, as less than a pound of gain really isn't a huge deal, but I just can't help being frustrated by it. *sigh* Just have to stick with it and not let it bother me, and be proud of how far I've come.

Yesterday was really gratifying, though. It was the seventh anniversary of Stroller Strides of Virginia Beach, and we had a huge celebratory class and raffle. I was there with my camera instead of my kid, photographing the class. There were a lot of ladies there I hadn't seen in months, many of them since last fall, and so many of them stopped me to say, "Katie?? Is that you?? You look so different!" It sounds terribly self centered, but I just don't ever get tired of hearing it.

So, gaining back less than one pound back after losing more than fifty? Yeah, I'm not gonna let myself get depressed about it. I just reeeeeally want that 140, and it will motivate me to work even harder.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! It was great hanging with you this weekend, and I hope I didn't mess you up too much. I promise that when I come down next that we definitely won't be as off track.
