So, OK. I lost another 2 pounds, and that's great, but I gotta tell you about yesterday, when I was so crabby. You all gave me some great support and ideas, and I decided to take advantage of having my husband home... I waited 'til the kids were all having naps (all 6!), and with him in the house as backup, I actually had time to color my roots, read a magazine article or two while the color set, and enjoy a fantastic hot shower. I've never done that with all the kids here, and I feel so naughty for doing it, but it turned my mood around completely. Plus, the color turned out amazing, my double chin is gone!!! and I look good!

I am wearing my skinniest looking clothes today, and I just feel like not only can I get to goal weight, but if I already am feeling so much better, summer is going to be phenomenal! I hope some of this good feeling translates to all of you, because it's been too long since I felt this way, and I want to share it. Have an awesome, day, everyone!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so important to make time for yourself. Don't feel guilty...a happy Mommy is a good Mommy!!! Your children will learn from your example that self care is a priority. I hope you have a wonderful day!!
