A friend of mine kicked a habit a few years ago, by making himself uncomfortably full of water every time he had a craving.
I thought "I'm going to try this for my food cravings" and it really helps!

Extending Phase 1?
when I was really sick of eggs and salad, I made a turkey chili that worked out awesome! In the book you are allowed to have beans, tomatoes, etc.... so it was a hit and I still lost the weight! keep up the hard work, it gets A LOT EASIER!!!

I try to, just so I can monitor everything- and if I write it here it helps because I know other ppl will see it! I don't think it's a requirement though...

Question: Green Tea
For me, I lose weight faster when I drink a lot of green tea- and the health benefits! But if you aren't used to caffeine it may stall your weight loss. Try it and find out!
