working at home still trying to stick to the diet. my plan is intermittent fasting (16/8) VLCHF so I eat lunch at 12ish and dinner. and no snacking. however I find I'm snacking late. probably cause my kids are going to bed later and had keto halo top around but now that's gone and I'm finding other snacks to eat. I'll be putting a workout routine in place hopefully soon that may help keep my metabolism up. but idk what I'll do to get will power up
211.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, will power is tough when stuck at home . . . our weather is starting to warm, I'll be able to walk faster since the snow is gone
