Wow,not only lost 1.5 lbs but was also wearing heavier clothing. A great week of diet and exercise definitely pays off. Phenomenal! Too bad I can't celebrate this small "win" with a drink, otherwise, I'll put that 1.5 lbs back on immediately.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
