Started my refeed on monday. Potatos, rice, and fruit will make up the majority of my calories. I plan to average around 2800. Will be interesting to see how much fat I have lost after I carb back up. I was hungrier than usual the day after I started. Not sure why this is but I've read about it before. I expect about another 1-2 pounds to come back worth of water weight and glycogen by the end on the week. I am already starting to feel better and have more energy.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
