I was actually excited to get on the scale this morning (who does that right) and even though this number is higher than my last weigh in, I don't feel bad. This is MY accountibility factor and though I need to work on actually tracking my food, I ate well and I feel GOOD!
250.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scale isn't always everything, maybe you will be able to see the progress on yourself before the scale says so, or you may feel better even if the scale is disagreeing. Whatever the case be, we got your back! Keep going you got this!👍🏼❤️
