not sure why the weight gain. I have been pretty careful with what I have been eating. so today I am going to cut it down a little more and measure my portions. last night I didn't measure or even put in any of the food I ate. I had a huge enchilada with chicken and beef, refried black beans and cheese with tomatoes. then I had two girlscout cookies and a package of crackers and cheese. I don't think it was too bad but I could be so wrong.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry too much! It could be just a little water weight. Our weight actually fluxuates montly as we cycle and daily by 5 to 6 lbs. Monitor what you eat for the next few days and drink a little more water. Use this pound as a motivational tool, not a beat myself over the head with it. You will just get a headache. Lol!

Thanks Kathy and more water is what I have been doing instead of coffee this morning I went for dieters tea. its a good toxin flusher. plus watching portions a little closer
