229.4 lbs = 10211 Steps

up at 7:30 am. went back to bed up again at 10:30 hopefully i can stay awake all day so i CAN sleep at nite instead of eating

1 small Bananas
1 tbsp caramel
1 small piece Chicken
1/8 cup cottage cheese
4 coffee cups Instant Coffee (made from Powdered)
1 orange
2 regular slices raisin bread
1/8 serving Tapioca Pudding
229.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
