weight 228.2 ... 12153 Steps

got up at 9:30 - ate a banana as soon as i got up n sipped my cold coffee ... was up off n on till 5:00 am. and of course ate last feed was at 1:30 am.

by jiminy its chilly in here 19.9 celsius brrrrr going back under the covers to wake up
228.2 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
