If your current diet plan is not working then change the plan. Don't blame yourself, blame the diet. Unless you are bicycling the Tour de France, nobody will benifit from eating 9900 calories in a single day. That only creates a surplus of energy that your body must store, regardless of whether that energy comes from carbs, fat, or protein. There are approximately 3500 calories in one pound of stored body fat. Eating 9900 calories, less your daily calorie expenditures, would leave you with about 7400 excess calories that will be stored as fat, which is about 2 lbs of fat. Continue this trend for 10 days

Whatever you do don't give up. It's not going to be easy, in fact it's going to be very hard. But, we can do it! Maybe cook more meals at home instead if eating out, that way you know what exactly is in everything you eat.

As Whofrey12 says, change the plan, find the healthy habits that you can stick to for the long haul. Don't beat yourself up, love yourself enough to make the best choices for your body.

Are you trying to be super restrictive or something? You should be able to eat a great number of calories and still lose at your present weight. Stick with it. What are you trying to do that you can't do? Just curious what way of eating you are trying to follow.

Yep, time for a change of mindset. You have the power to do this 💪. Don't let the food control you.

Do your best each day. If you don't make your goals, forgive yoyrself and try again the next day. One of those next days will be your breakthrough day.

It is tough at first. You can do this! Pick options that work for you. It doesn't matter if you eat continuously throughout the day as long as you stay under the calories for your weight, height, lifestyle and other factors. Check out the different online calculators. I use the keto calculator ankerl. Just to give yourself a guideline. You can manipulate any guideline to fit your lifestyle. Do it for your health and for those who love you. I'm rooting for you.

Hang in there! Try to figure out which parts you have trouble sticking to and look for adjustments. For me, no matter how much I try, I can’t make myself drink a protein powder smoothie every day. So I mix the powder with other things instead. I’m also not great with CICO so instead of judging my success according to a strict calorie limit, I focus more on the macros (really just making sure to eat more proteins and healthy fats than I used to, and fewer carbs than I have in the past). Eventually we’ll get to a point/weight where the small stuff matters, but until we get there, big broad strokes will make a big difference. Lastly don’t give up! A bad meal isn’t a bad day, and a bad day isn’t a bad life. Keep breaking the record for how fast you can get back on track towards your goals.

Sometimes it's just one meal at a time! I get overwhelmed if I think too far ahead.

Yes, you can do this. Some days I'm not on plan and sometimes I show a gain even when I've been on plane for a while. Don't stop trying. Persistence will eventually pay off.

Please don't give up. We all get frustrated but you have a huge selection of weapons in your arsenal. Fatsecret works for me but I also consulted my physician about what I should weigh. Do you have a support group? His many diets have you tried? You can do this.
