I am happy with my Slow and Steady.
Good Burn in walks 3-5 miles/day on average for 300-500 Calorie out
Good Food - enjoying regular full meals - just watching the simple carb and complex fat - having more vegetable protein from dal/lentils/legumes. Sleep at 6 hours per day/night - want to bump to 7 hours to possibly 8 hours by adding a daytime nap of 1 hour or more, if I can.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
