As always, hunger is bad. Eating at maintanence for several days helped, but not as much as I had hoped. I looks like will power is going to be the deciding factor everytime the weekend comes. After talking to my Uncle, it seems like we have the same issue. I wonder if it's something along the lines of a hormone disorder. Vegetables + water seemes to help and will become my new strategy for the weekends. Was able to finally do 225 bench for 3 reps with no assist so stregnth is not suffering from the defecit. I am going to try going at least 2 weeks in about a 500 caloric defecit before I try another refeed.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weekends are also a danger for me too, i usually request the family members from bringing bad food at home because ive noticed that as long as there is bad unhealthy food in from of me it is bound to go in my stomach :)
