I had to have a talk with myself this morning when I was whining over a small loss. Not only is every loss a great thing but there are considerations that make this loss awesome: 1) Food hasn't "passed" since yesterday, 2) I have hypothyroid which makes losing weight even harder, 3) this is with laying around most of yesterday reading a book and watching and entire season of a new series, 4) I'm not currently being active/working out. So considering the little I'm doing to push this along besides feeding it properly, I have to commend my body for working with me and huffing along there. Thank you, body. Good job! WOOHOO! Keep it up!

Football should be happening at my house tonight (like many others). I watch it mostly for the commercials but a couple friends may be coming over to watch as well, which means I may have to be social for the evening. I don't know why it's become a stretch for me the last few years (or maybe I've just noticed it more since becoming single). Always an introvert but a fairly social one when in a group of friends. Keep pecking at it...

Need to go groceries today since I didn't make it out yesterday. It was rainy and overcast and I just didn't want to. So today I will go and do the things and be with the people and stretch just a little on anything "hard" or "eh" that needs to be done. I hope you all have a great day today, buddies. If you're having a hard one, just do what you can and be nice to yourself. That inner conversation can get brutal if you're not careful.
