Time to lose the baby fat. I would be happy even with 20 lbs weigh loss but when I had my metabolism etc. measured a couple of years back my ideal weight was 143. My biggest obstacle is that I have a protruding disc in my back which causes muscle spasms and lots of back pain. Therefore my exercise is limited these days. Although my goal is to get back to weight lifting 3 times a week and some sort of aerobic exercise 3 times a week. Hoping to get this weight off by Christmas, which is rather aggressive but might as well go for it.
