Day 35 (Week 5): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
(eventual this title will change when this one is over. I will have to choose which challenge is my next focus. I think it will be Cruise to Lose since the other challenges are outgrowths from that one, just like this one is currently the lead)

Good morning all you wonderful, health-minded lovely FS peoples!!!
Another GREAT day yesterday! I soooo did not want to go tot he gym yesterday! LOL it was one of those morning where everything about getting up was hard. BUT I had an exercise date and ride into the gym/work so there was no backing out :) I got there and making myself work was hard. Never got my heart to aerobic levels but I stayed at "fat burn" for nearly the whole 30 minutes. Ate very well yesterday. And all my efforts paid off this morning!

Old Man Scale agreed that my hard work needed a reward! I hit the 15lb GONE FOREVER mark this morning! Not since the challenge start but since i started paying attn to what I eat again back in August. I am soooo thrilled. I am now only 1.5lbs away from m y personal floor goal in the 10 to 30 challenge, how exciting is that?!?!?!?!?!

I skimmed through my SBD book last night. It re inspired me as well. I am doing all the right things. Even checking out my carb levels and keeping an eye out for calories are not forbidden, they are just not explicitly part of the plan. If I follow the pl;an well these things will happen naturally so having more statistics and numbers to explore is no bad thing.

Floor Goal: 250
13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 16.5 down from when I first started watching in August, and 1.5 from now. Should hit this by the end of the week-end as was my original goal! YAYAYAY!
Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 6.5 from now. The goal is now officially Nov. 1st.
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a stretch but stretches are good! :) (I am about half way there from when I started) 28 from challenge start, 16.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching.
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching!!

1st things first. Get myself to 250 (1.5 more!!!), then 245 then worry about the others!

Go Santa's Helpers!! erm apparently I am a reindeer...ack! I SWEAR I was on the helper team before, sorry ladies!

all that hard work is payin off for you...them days when its hard to get into the exercise routine, is the days you just gotta push alittle harder...not about how long you exercise, but how intense the workout is...
