Down almost 30 pounds from a high of 201.5. Started WW on 1/3/13.

1285 kcal Fat: 44.50g | Prot: 81.28g | Carb: 149.20g.   Breakfast: oatmeal, jimmy dean turkey, raspberry jam. Lunch: grape tomatoes, sweet potato, bell pepper, orange, asparagus, spicy brown mustard, kirkland signature oven roasted turkey breast. Dinner: bacon, egg, carrots, mushrooms, turkey breast, bell pepper, newman's own low fat sesame, spinach, Kind Fruit and Nut Almond and Coconut Bar. Snacks/Other: banana , kind plus. more...
