All that nervous pacing and walking around in the rain and the dark added up. Almost 11K steps without going for a real walk.

That’s what it says. I’m less concerned with the actual numbers and I’m watching trends. As long as it stays the same and doesn’t go down, I’m not going to worry. It’s a $50 scale, not a medical quality machine. 🧐
