Maybe I should cut back a couple hundred calories? I am diligent about my calorie intake and entries, and, if ANYTHING, I am conservative on my excercise entries.
Drinking all kinds of water. Just waiting for the scale to cooperate!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
