My doctor was most pleased, excited in fact, that I had lost 8 pounds in one month and that my cholesterol and fasting glucose were both in the low normal range! Each had been higher before I started Atkins for life. My doctor agreed to take me off a statin drug for cholesterol immediately. He told me to continue what I was doing!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
