I worked a double shift two days in a row, Friday and Saturday. My second joy work day ended at 3:30 am Sat and 2:45 am this morning. My time to stop eating for the challenge is 9:30 PM. However, both days I ate after these hours because I was hungry. I had not eaten enough in my rush to get to the second job. I tried to drink water as a substitute, but my body was calling for food. I ate sunflower kernels and about 1/2 cup of the toppings (not the crust) off part of two Dominos cheese, meat, and vegetable pizzas.
