Wow...let go much? Oh well, I'm back on track with the diet but only for the last couple of days...

I can't use the food journal because of my remote locations of work, so I'll just have to make do with just checking in when I'm back in my room or at home...I could probably enter the info in the morning, since I plan my meals in the morning and only take those foods with me to the jobsite. I have to do something before I end up gaining back the weight, and that just isn't happening!

I guess I'm just giving JP a head start on our race to under 200!!! I now have my diabetes under control, so I don't want to mess that up and that requires me sticking to healthy eating and exercise...no more camp cookies! Also starting a new project on Tuesday, so I'm kind of pumped to see the new jobsite.

Reset for 2013...time to get serious about fitness!!

Wayne - JP is in Italy. He'll have plenty to fight when he comes back. LOL. Welcome back. Entering the foods in the morning is a smart move. I do this EVERY day. Plan ahead, know what you have and what liberties you can take througout the day. This is the key to success. :) RE: The fitness. You know how hard it's been for me to really get going. I found a gym that offers circuit training, and I love it. It's something I can recommend, as it's reasonably quick (30 minutes!), it's varied and doesn't get boring, and after two months now, I see MASSIVE results. Actually, I saw reasonable results a full month ago. It's good to see you back.

Thanks Keld...I've slipped too much since going away from using the site, so no more slipping. As for the circuit training, I'm in camp two weeks out of three...so I'll have to make do with what I have, but motivate myself much more and stay away from the cookies!
