Feel like I'm getting control of things again. Not sure I actually am, but I feel like it, and that's something. Current goal is to see how much I can lose by Stringtopia, while training for the Mini, and keeping on with yoga. And bootcamp, maybe. Of course, this morning I've already lost it, but my packed lunch is healthy enough.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
