Still stressed but feeling better. I'd love to see this weight loss stick! It would be a nice plus to come out of the last few very stress filled days. I am hungry today I'm sure that I gill go back to normal soon. But it does make 130 by my b-day almost doable.

UPper chest 34 down 1
Neck 12 3/4 up 1/4
Arms 11 1/4 same
Thigh 22 1/2 down 1/4
Above the knee 16 1/4 down 1/4
Calf 14 1/4 same

132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
