I haven't been on FatSecret for a few days but I've consistently drank my Nutribullet shakes each morning, had protein and vegetables for one meal and I try to do starches and vegetables for one meal. I switch off. I don't mix starches and proteins at any meal. The difference in my body from this small change is remarkable! My joints ache less, I feel better. I'm not as hot as I've been. No gas, bloating or acid reflux. My body is doing so much better since I have stopped combining proteins & starches in my meals. There are tons of articles out there that talk about it, some say it doesn't matter. For me it has made a huge difference so for me it is of vital importance I eat them separately.
