3221 kcal Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast: Dried Cranberries, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: apple, onion, olive oil, lentils, steak. Dinner: Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Meatless Spinach Quiche, Pork Belly, Provolone Cheese, cheese, wine, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Ciabatta, Couscous (Cooked), Beer, Gin and Tonic. Snacks/Other: banana, Soft Granola Bars, dried apricots, Bananas. more...
