3221 kcal Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast: Dried Cranberries, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Joghurt 0.1% fat. Lunch: olive oil, onion, apple, steak, lentils. Dinner: Meatless Spinach Quiche, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Beer, Gin and Tonic, cheese, Provolone Cheese, Pork Belly, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), wine, Ciabatta, Couscous (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Soft Granola Bars, Bananas, banana, dried apricots. more...
