3221 kcal Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast: Joghurt 0.1% fat, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pink Grapefruit Juice, Dried Cranberries. Lunch: apple, onion, olive oil, steak, lentils. Dinner: cheese, Couscous (Cooked), Ciabatta, wine, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Pork Belly, Provolone Cheese, Gin and Tonic, Beer, Meatless Spinach Quiche, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: dried apricots, banana, Soft Granola Bars, Bananas. more...
