bad food choices yesterday. had milk which upsets my tummy n bloats me. I could barely eat today so we'll see if that shows on the scale tomorrow
155.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
