still the same ..not really watching what i eat at nite..its cold..makes me hungry for compfrt food..white bread..cake..cant help myself i bake every week for the kids..unfortunately i eat it too...at least im trying to excercise at least 5 days a week..
130.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
