I reached my goal today! What a feeling - I’ve come close before and then let it slide. Took me two years really - I would abandon and restart a few times. So many folks have discouraged me to do Keto but honestly, I have been eating healthier than I ever have before. I need to keep this going and will set another goal (just a few more lbs). My doctor is open to getting me off my blood pressure meds - we are now monitoring for a few weeks to make sure my readings are consistent. I’m so happy about this!
