196.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1730 kcal Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 63.04g | Carb: 229.98g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Dried Cranberries. Lunch: Cubetti di Parmigiano, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Spinach, Oranges, banana, grated cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner: Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille, Beer, potato and celery soup, whole grain bread roll, cod, banana. Snacks/Other: Jelly Doughnut, Date. more...

Pigged out last night, but still managed to weigh in more than a kg less than last week. Didn't quite lose 14lbs in a month but close to it. Haven't been able to exercise though injury so moving the inches from my waistline is a bit problematic. Will continue to record my eating habits, and hopefully lose another 0.5kg. Measurements chest 43" waist 40"
