2230 kcal Fat: 68.45g | Prot: 75.21g | Carb: 220.66g.   Breakfast: Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice, Muesli, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Dried Cranberries. Lunch: lentils, ciabatta, KIWI, olive oil, brocolli, carrot, sweet potato. Dinner: cheese, sun dried tomato, pastry, roast potato, lasagna, pork, gin and tonic, white wine, red wine. Snacks/Other: raisins, Apples. more...
