Pigged out last night, but still managed to weigh in more than a kg less than last week. Didn't quite lose 14lbs in a month but close to it. Haven't been able to exercise though injury so moving the inches from my waistline is a bit problematic. Will continue to record my eating habits, and hopefully lose another 0.5kg.
Measurements: chest - 43" waist - 40"

1730 kcal Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 63.04g | Carb: 229.98g.   Breakfast: Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Dried Cranberries. Lunch: Spinach, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, banana, Oranges, Cubetti di Parmigiano, grated cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner: whole grain bread roll, Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille, banana, Beer, potato and celery soup, cod. Snacks/Other: Date, Jelly Doughnut. more...
