Pigged out last night, but still managed to weigh in more than a kg less than last week. Didn't quite lose 14lbs in a month but close to it. Haven't been able to exercise though injury so moving the inches from my waistline is a bit problematic. Will continue to record my eating habits, and hopefully lose another 0.5kg.

1730 kcal Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 63.04g | Carb: 229.98g.   Breakfast: Dried Cranberries, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Cranberry Juice, Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Cubetti di Parmigiano, grated cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spinach, Oranges, banana, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner: Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille, banana, potato and celery soup, Beer, cod, whole grain bread roll. Snacks/Other: Jelly Doughnut, Date. more...
