OMG I know it's water weight but I am sooo gonna take the emotional boost and run with it!!

Also as I said in another post on my wall. I am learning the ropes here. So if I double post stuff, my apologies!

This is going to be soooo very good!
259.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you get anywhere near goal weight we are so going out in medieval slutwear and bellydancing at every major party for P38. I need to come up to Manassas sometime so we can go to Old Town and powerwalk. --Andrea

So I tried to go over and comment on one of your journal entries and it would not let me. I wonder if it is a setting you have up? Anyway, GREAT to see you here. I am obviously VERY plugged and hope to stay that way. If you need anything call or write any time! Well Goal Weight I figure will be a year or two down the way. I am working on mini steps. The challenge I joined is 10 30 Lbs by Nov. My goal is 13-28 The power walk sounds fabulous if we can ever geta time we are both available!! hehe our schedules don't always match so well! But the belly dancing sounds awesome....may help my goal of not GAINING at Pennsic for once!

Don't worry about double posting.... it's kind of unavoidable when you do a daily journal and reporting in your challenge. I doubt if your entire loss was water! Give youself some credit! I love your bio pic. The Ren Fest is starting up around here soon (if it hasn't already). I'm going to try to go this year - it's such fun! I don't dress up or anything, though.

Rock on, girl! It doesn't matter if the loss is water, fat or leprechauns, it's a loss and it feels GOOD! Don't even think about minimizing it! You embrace that loss, feel good about it, and think about how good it will feel to add more pounds to that "lost" total--and remember that you are losing not because some water magically fell off, but because you are working for it! I squeeze every last little bit of joy marrow out of the bones of lost pounds, 'cause dammit, when I do it, I've worked hard for those bones!
