day 3 reset! another good day of controlling my eating!! walked 3.5 miles, got in 90+ oz of water and ate on plan...even though hen stressed out!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 225.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
